M I G Refund Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 3 calendar days of your purchase

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 3 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded into your E-wallet in the account you have used during the purchase or directly into your bank account.

NOTE: If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

However, the refund policy context above does not apply to store items that are sold by our vendor partners. In such cases, the customer is only eligible for a refund provided they have not yet received the services or goods they paid for online.

This all depends on certain factors

1. Refunds for bookings and reservations that are made from vendor sellers are processed immediately.

2. Refunds for orders made with shopping cart are processed within 3 days.

Usually it takes about 20 minutes and in some cases within 3 - 5 days Max

The customer can decide on any of the option. Receive the refund amount paid directly into your bank account or E-wallet.


To be eligible for a refund is really easy and straight foward.

There are two possible ways for customers to pay sellers on M I G and each have separate refund eligibility criteria's.

1. Refunds made with shopping cart:-

You must submit a return request and return the item(s) within 1 to 3 days

The item(s) must pass a verification test to be eligible for a refund

2. Refunds made from vendor sellers:-

Ignore the arrival signal sent from vendor seller(s) for self pickUp Option


Only orders made with shopping cart can submit a return request.

Log into your account

Visit the order management page

Click on make a return

Enter the details of the item you wish to return

An agent will schedule a meet up to verify the item(s)

Payments will be processed immediately after verification is declared successful


Only orders made with the online shopping cart are permitted to submit an online return request.

When you Ignore Your Arrival signal and the 60 minutes arrival period has elapsed automatically your reservation will be canceled and the refund processed instantly

This is the only way to reject/refuse items sold by vendors with self PickUp Mode. It is a YES or NO Deal

For reservations set with Migo Express Delivery Logistics Partners as Delivery Mode

You will be given a form to fill out physically during the delivery transaction

And your refund amount processed immediately into your E-wallet
