Once you receive your new access key

Log into your account through our seller login portal

Enter your new access key and the email address you used during your application

You will be prompted to modify your access key and also setup your 2 step verification question and answer

Hit modify key to activate your account

When you’re ready

Remember to set a difficult answer for your security question and also pretty easy for you to remember.

We strongly advice that you use phrase’s or short sentence’s or specific dates that have meaning only to you

Visit your seller settings page from your dashboard.

Go to your stock management page.

Click on create stock list

Preview a list of all your available products that are on display for your customers to buy

Select the products that you wish to stock

When you’re ready

Click on view list button at the very top of the stock management page

Yow will be redirected to another page that displays all the items you selected in a table

Enter the available quantity for each product you wish to stock

Hit prepare bill to submit your request to our database

The next window finally displays all the selected items with your stock number

Do not forget to take a snapshot or print out the preview of your waybill before closing the page.

Visit your seller settings page from your dashboard.

Go to your profile page

Preview your bank details in the first panel

When you’re ready

Click on the Edit details button to update the bank information

Provide answer for your 2 step verification question in order to proceed

Once step 2 verification is complete you will be redirected to continue your edit

Complete the form with your required details for bank name, bank account number and account owner names

Make sure to use the same account name that owns the bank account number.

Finally Enter your Access key to confirm the update and save the details.

From your dashboard page click on add a product

First you will need to enter the product complete description

Slide to the second pane by clicking slide No. 2

Select the product section, the product type and the category for the product you are about to list

Slide to the third pane by clicking slide No. 3

Enter the product item name, a brief caption, the product price and a discount in percentage if applicable

Next slide to the fourth pane by clicking slide No. 4

Enter and select all size/measurement details for the product item you are listing.

Make sure to follow the size standards from the measurement guide.

Finally slide to the fifth pane by clicking slide No. 5. Add the profile image.

Click on the button with add multiple images if you intend to add more images for the item you are listing. You can add up to 14 multiple images.

Click on the Upload product button to submit

If you clicked on the button to add more images will be redirected to upload additional images




This is also where you can add a short video for your product

When your account has been nominated for suspension you will no longer be able to make sales from your online store.

Customers will be able to view your listed products but cannot place order request or make bookings for these listed products

The online system will automatically close sales for the store.

The out of stock message will be displayed instead of the Buy now button or the Book now button, until the suspension period has elapsed and your account declared active again.

The only way your account can be nominated for suspension is when you fail to respond to order deliveries or order request from your seller account.

Your account can only be suspended 3 times before it is declared dormant and may be closed permanently.

Within this period we believe that the Store manager should be able to stock up their warehouse or shop and have the products available for sales again.

Click on Archive item from your seller dashboard page or Go to the review products page to quickly archive a specific product item


Select the product item type and the category

Enter the product name that you want to delete from your online store

Hit the Archive button to remove the products from live sales

View success message

When you list a product our marketing team will verify the digital product

They check for any unintentional error or misspelling (syntax) and offer corrections via email or from the website application

Once the verification is successful you will receive a notification in your seller account and a verification email that your product is now live

If your verification fails however, do not panic simply verify why it was declined from your online store account and update the changes that were recommended by the marketing team

Usually it takes about 2- 4 minutes to get your confirmation response after every product upload activity

From your dashboard click on Edit item or Go to the review products page to quickly edit a specific product item

Enter the product name that you wish to update

Select the product type and the category for the product

Finally, select the feature of the product item you wish to edit.

Click on Edit Item button

You will be redirected to the second edit page to make changes to the specific feature that you selected to edit

When you are ready click update to submit your request.

Wait for Admin authentication and verification message to know if your product item is back live online

To close sales for a listed product item simply means the listed product is currently out of stock.

This method permits sellers to intentionally close sales for a specific product item

This will prevent customers from purchasing your product online while you prepare to stock up.

Go to review products from your seller dashboard to view all your live products

Click on close sales button for the product item you wish to declare out of stock at the far right corner of the table

If you have closed sales for a product item you have approximately 7 days to re-open sales unless the item will be moved to archives automatically

The product will be removed from live product items

Click on the Account menu tab top right from your dashboard page

The window slides a panel with your balance without tax deductions

Click on the section button you wish to cash out from

Preview your cash out balance after tax deductions and bank transfer charges have been deducted

When ready, click on the cash out button down below

Wait to view a success message

Keep track from your cash out history page for verification and payment confirmation update

Account manager will receive payment confirmation between 12-24 hours.

Visit your seller settings page from your dashboard.

Go to your profile page

Scroll down to the third panel where you have store performance

Click on plot analysis

Preview a graphical representation of your store performance and total revenue generated

View your store duration from the first day you launched and analysis report for your store

Yes, If you have been suspended previously and then your account is activated back on after the suspension period has elapsed your account can still be nominated again for suspension.

This time your account will be suspended for a much higher period of days, although this is entirely dependent on your store performance.

During this suspension period remember your products are still live for your customers to see online however, unable to purchase your items until the suspension period is over.

The period entirely depends on the present state of your seller account. A seller account can be suspended 3 times and the suspension duration have different time span.

If you are nominated for suspension for the very first time the suspension period last for (10 days). This means you must have made 3 consecutive failed order delivery or order request

This means the online store will not be able to receive payments or make sales from their online store for the next 10 days

The next time you are nominated for suspension will last for (20 days) after 2 consecutive failed order delivery or order request

Third nomination for suspension will last for (30 days) after 1 consecutive failed order delivery or order request

To avoid account suspension try to always make your delivery to customers on time for vendor accounts or send your products for stocking before the deadline for merchant accounts
